Additional and optional “add-on” services

We may include, or may be able to arrange for an extra charge, some of these additional “add-on” services.

Golf-Kart Buggies – are available for arrivals & departures in all terminals (except the low cost terminal).

Porters (Baggage Handlers) – can be reserved at time of booking / are free but can only hired at time of service and may, if you wish, be tipped locally at the time.  Normally, our Greeters are not allowed to retrieve, lift or carry checked baggage.

Baggage Trolley – one or more will always be provided free of charge.

Waiting Lounge – are available in the departure transit area of the airport (so are accessible  for departures and connections). Lounge use for at least 2 hours can be arranged for an additional charge. If you book a lounge your entry is pre-arranged and guaranteed when you show your Lounge voucher.

Visa on Arrival – the cost of an entry visa is not included in our VIP meet and assist service fee (unless you have booked it as an extra add-on service).
